Air Compressor Composition Structure

1: oil circulation system

At the same time, the oil pump control system can adjust the internal oil pressure and oil temperature through the built-in temperature control valve to meet the needs of the system.

 

2: air circulation system

Air compressor (20 sheets) compressor work, air through the self-cleaning air filter is inhaled, through the PLC automatic cleaning filter, air after the inlet guide vane automatic adjustment into the first level of compression, after the first level of compression gas temperature is higher, and then into the intercooler cooling (water tube, gas outside the pipe, After the water flow of the intercooler is required to be 110m/h, it enters the secondary compression system. In order to avoid the gas in the system being poured into the compression chamber (to avoid starting with pressure), a suspension full-start check valve is installed in the exhaust pipe of the compressor. The gas discharged from the compressor is pushed out of the check valve into the exhaust muffler, and then into the primary rear cooler, the secondary rear cooler, and then into the exhaust main pipe.

 

3: water circulation system

The cooling water enters the intercooler of the air compressor through the pipe to cool the gas discharged from the primary compression, and then enters the rear cooler to cool the exhaust gas. Another cooling water inlet pipe passes through the two groups of heat exchangers at the upper part of the main motor to cool the motor winding, and another way to cool the oil cooler.

 

4: Power distribution system

Air compressor is 2000kW high voltage motor (10kV) with full pressure start, control cabinet for indoor AC, metal armored extraction type switchgear, switchgear is composed of fixed cabinet and extractable parts, namely two parts of the car, to achieve the purpose of control, protection, monitoring, with "five prevention" function.

 

5: Screen protection system

The central signal device is divided into two kinds: accident signal and warning signal. The main task of accident signal is to send out sound signal in time, and make the corresponding circuit breaker light position signal flash. The main task of the warning signal is to send out the sound signal instantaneously or delay when the abnormal phenomenon occurs in the operation equipment, and make the optical plate show the abnormal phenomenon content.

 

6: DC power supply system

PZ32 series automatic maintenance-free lead-acid battery DC power supply complete equipment, composed of charging device panel, DC feed panel and battery, with automatic current stability, automatic voltage regulation, automatic voltage regulation and other functions, to provide power for the central signal panel and high voltage control system.

 

7:DTC control system

The DTC control panel is the "brain" of the air compressor. The values of various field sensors are finally summarized to the DTC control panel, on which various operating parameters are displayed and the running state of each part of the air compressor is monitored. When some parameters exceed the allowable range, the DTC will send out the corresponding alarm or automatically stop the air compressor.
