1. Insert the top valve of the rubber hose directly into the tire valve. When you hear the tire deflate sound, it means that the air has circulated. Tighten the inflation knob.

2. Remove the power clip, clip the positive pole of the battery in red and the negative pole of the battery in black, or directly insert it into the cigarette lighter to power on.

3. Turn on the motor to start inflating.

4. When inflating, the instrument pointer begins to rise with the air pressure. When the large pointer reaches the appropriate tire pressure for the car (usually 30-40 PSI), turn off the inflator switch, remove the plug and nozzle.

5. Please connect the professional ball needle, nozzle, and air nozzle equipped with this machine to inflate the balls and other gas requiring equipment.

Precautions for portable car inflation pump
1. When using, please start the car engine first to increase power and not consume the car battery power.

2. This machine is limited to using DC (DC12V 20A) power supply and cannot use household high-voltage power supply.

3. When inflating, please take a cooling rest after working continuously for 10 minutes to extend the lifespan of the motor. When the rubber boat is inflated, it can work continuously for 30 minutes.

4. Normally, when a tire is inflated, it can reach a normal tire pressure of 220KPA in about 3 minutes. Larger tires will take longer. If the instrument pointer rises rapidly when starting to inflate, it indicates that air has not been filled into the tire and must be stopped and operated again, otherwise the instrument and motor will be damaged.

6. When using, do not leave the body, pay attention to tire pressure at all times, and do not over saturate.

7. If the car cigarette lighter is not clean and does not conduct electricity, or if the fuse is blown, the machine cannot operate normally. Please ensure that the cigarette lighter conducts electricity well.

8. This machine should be kept away from moisture, heavy drops, and sand and mud intrusion, and should not be played with by children to prevent damage.

9. The starting current of this machine is very high. Do not turn on the power switch while connecting the tire, otherwise it may burn out the car fuse due to excessive starting current. The correct operation is to first turn on the power, wait for the air pump to start working normally, and then connect the tire for inflation. If the power needs to be turned off and restarted during operation, the air nozzle should also be unscrewed before restarting, otherwise it may burn out the car's fuse.
